Believing in quality, Claire Luks, a broker since 1971, limits the agency size to a maximum of nine full-time agents who know the market and have the advantage of a "working' owner/broker readily available to them and their clients for assistance. Three secretaries also assist the agents.

In 1989, Claire Luks invested in the purchase of the office at Fieldstone Plaza, 88 Route 37, New Fairfield, CT. The location attracts many walk-in clients from the high traffic area of the intersection at Route 37 and 39.
