The office, located in Fieldstone Plaza at 88 Route 37, is an owner-occupied retail office condo, professionally decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere and to provide a tranquil and relaxed space for clients and visitors alike.

Being in business for over 35 years, Claire has experienced all the ups and downs of home values more than once over the years. She has witnessed mortgage interest rates from 3% to 19% (and now a Global pandemic) and has been part of major marketing changes. As Owner/Broker, she believes in the old-fashioned value of Exceptional Customer Service all while utilizing the latest and greatest technologies. She has instilled these values in the Realtors who hold their licenses under her brokerage, including her daughter, Melissa Luks Fidanza.

Now in 2022, begins a new era, as Melissa takes over for Claire as the principle Broker! She continues to be committed on keeping the same personal touch her mother provided to the community throughout the years, and to continue to grow the company in the future.

Raised in New Fairfield, Melissa decided to obtain her Realtor’s license in 2003 shortly followed by her Brokers license, as she began her own family. Since the beginning of her career, she has been the recipient of many Real Estate awards, has consistently been a top producer, and continues to provide her clients with unparalleled customer service in her nearly twenty years as a Realtor with Luks Realty. Being surrounded by the Real Estate industry her entire life, has prepared her to transition gracefully to this next stage of her career.
