Barb was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were selling our sibling’s home and we needed a reference to a real estate agent in the area. We received a reference for Luks Realty and I called and Barb picked up. We met at my brother’s house to discuss selling, and despite arriving there and having to deal with a house emergency that lasted a number of hours, Barb stayed with us the entire time. She went above and beyond, and got the house on the market right away. Barb was very responsive to our many questions and we were so pleased to receive multiple offers and she got the house sold very quickly with an above asking offer!
