Melissa is the most personable and reliable realtor I have ever worked with! Melissa takes care to explain every step in the process as it happens. More over she takes care to make sure her clients feel heard, and understood. She is honest, straight forward and direct. She is respectful of people’s time and goes through great lengths to commit herself to her clients. I have as it is in my nature to feel that I was imposing on her but her professionals and personal decorum quickly put me at ease and I always ended a conversation with her more assure and confident than when it started. My only sadness is that I can’t work with her again as to our relocation.
